WhatCart works with any courier via webhooks and CSV, with ready-made formats for Bosta, Mylerz, J&T and Aramex. Hand over parcels as usual and see their status on the order.
These are examples: any other courier can use the generic HMAC-signed webhook format, or CSV files.
Each courier gets its own webhook URL and secret. When the courier changes a parcel’s status the order updates, and the buyer gets “out for delivery” if you turned it on.
Export shipments in each courier’s format and import a status file with a preview before it applies.
Cash the courier collects is recorded on the order, and its payouts to you are matched to orders.
